Honestly, if I'm running LFR it's to get a piece of gear on an alt or trying to get xmog. With delves now I rarely ever do LFR. I think maybe being able to earn a token to turn in for an appearance from the LFR raid would entice me to join. Maybe have the ability to earn one once a week bc 9/10 if I do queue I never get loot.
Just copy the Premade Groups Filter addon and figure out a way to filter out advertisements.

I like the idea for solo que in m+Problem that i see is what if you que and you are in group with 3 casters in to dungeon where you need alot of kicks I pref normal lfg becouse when i pick DPS i can see score from last season and even if player have a bit lower ilvl i know he/she will press buttons not only for DPS but CC and thay know mechanics
Either a no depletion, or ability to pick whatever dungeon I want within my key range.As a tank I generally don't pug with my key - I can already pick up almost any dungeon I want within my rating and seasonal push goals, so why bother with using my key which either I risk, or it's a dungeon I'm not needing / wanting to do?
I'm really digging deep on this one. Its quite a problem that has been around for a while.Problem 1: You have more keys get posted which creates problem 2Problem 2: We now don't have the tanks and healers to fulfill them.Problem 3 : Fixing these problems can create more problems we have to solve and I believe I have done so belowI think as a community we should look at these problems separately and fix one at a time.I think problem 1: We need more keys posted, DPS should be posting more keys, and one way to fill them more, is after you post your own key if there are other DPS players/healers/tanks you should be able to see a new window of what is available for the same key level and key you are on. This is an MMO, so yes lets take it back to classic, you can then message the people or send a Merge Key Groups request that helps fill the groups faster. The person receiving the request should be able to see everyone's M+ Score from the requester to decide if they want to merge groups and help fill these faster.This will create a key shortage in theory, so the next problem we need to solve is how to get more keys out there. I believe this needs to be solved second and at the same time. We create seasonal titles i.e Season 3: Omega Key Captain, you get this title after running your own key(or accepting a merge request, since it would be unfair to punish someone adding their key to the list). Along with this title after you COMPLETE the key you start earning rewards towards mounts, mount variants, perhaps even greater titles. Each week that you host/merge into a key 4 times(not unrealistic since its the vault requirement). You get a 1% stacking chance at a mount from your great vault, now this needs to compound so players who are playing every week will guarantee this special reward. Each week in a row you partake in this your chance for the mount doubles and adds the previous weeks amount so by week 7 if you are hosting keys and playing you will 100% get that mount from the vault...you could even make it to where you have to reach that arbitrary number for it. Other rewards can be added that make sense.So now we must address the tank and healing shortages this could add to the game, where there are a million DPS keys listed and only 1/2 a million tanks/healers available to play. The solution for this was created in season of discovery. We need more tank options we need more healing options. There needs to be more choices for players to play as that feels fun to them. Its a fantasy MMO game there are currently 27 different DPS Specs 6 Tank Spec and 7 Healers specs. Finding something that is fun for you to play has as a DPS is 50% greater than finding a tank or a healer. Now I know blizzard what I'm saying here for balancing reasons alone seems like, and is a lot but if we want to keep this game alive we need to give more people more things to play. Once we have access to more class choices, we can make raids around it if the population of tanks or healers happens to rise we just make the fights require more tanks and more healers like they used to even at the mythic level. We make them require less DPS to complete. This would be a major shift in the game, and right now people want to reduce raid sizes, perhaps this is even the chance to do this since now we say mythic raid only requires 10ppl it will be WAY easier to make more rosters because we have an influx of tanks and healers. Its a scary change but if you want to balance it you have to give people more things to choose from. The game has been around a while and the class diversity has barely changed.These are my thoughts please reach respond with your thoughts to what I have said. I really really really want this game to be good and grow, especially in the M+ environment.
IMO the issue to the scarcity of tanks and healers comes down to 4 things.1. Difficulty - Seasoned tanks will say it's not hard, and I agree. However, that doesn't relate to friends, family members or other rando's that either want to try tanking or w/e. Having to know routes, how to gauge healer ability in knowing the size of pulls, what spells to interrupt, and mechanics as a tank can be a bit much for non-seasoned tanks. Look at dungeons like Dawbreaker lol how many times I've been in groups and the tank doesn't know where to go... its confusing. Look at eco dome, while more straightforward, it still can get confusing at times. Tazavesh has multiple routes too.2. Toxicity - If you take the wrong route, which, let's be honest... these places have many routes you can take. However, go the way 1 of the DPS doesn't know or feel is right, and its WTF tank, where are you going? Pull too big by accident... tank sucks. Mess up a pull or boss mechanic and a DPS will be sure to explain the entire fight and what to do. lol...3. Specs - Warrior, Druid, DH, DK, Pally and Monk. Maybe those don't appeal to players. IMO there isn't enough choices. Each tank plays pretty differently from the other, but what if you like shaman, loc, hunter, evokers? All of which can easy get a new spec. Same goes for healers, where is the other plate healer? There is just so much missing. 4. Race Combos - I can't speak for a lot, but belf druid? why is this not a thing? Human druid? So can be warlocks and mages but nature magic eludes humans? lol So it's NOT that tanks and healers are having a hard time finding groups... its that there are 4 blaring issues. Blizz can't fix issue #2 but seriously, we got the 1 button and spellflash built in... make a route arrow above your head like NFS has when racing that players can use a basic pug route. Get a few more tank specs and more race combos. Blizz makes enough and has the skill to do it, so no need to make excuses.
This survey is asking the wrong questions. It should be asking why players dont want to start keys or play tank or healer, because they clearly dont understand the actual problem. The problem isnt that players dont feel incentivized, the problem is key depletion and to a smaller degree class and dungeon balancing. Key depletion should just not happen period. Its already PLENTY punishing to waste time on a key you dont time. Make leading keys make your key not deplete EVER then we are talking sense.
I fail to see how this will help. It might make a few people make a group, but honestly if you're not doing it now, i don't think extra valorstones are gonna change your mind. The real problem, again, is the game doesn't transition to the end game smoothly at all. Normal/Heroic are terrible teaching tools because everything rolls over without any resistance. If you're playing healer - this is the only time you've actaully got to play healer up to this point. None of the overworld levelling content introduces you to healing because you're all on your own. Blizzard needs to try and plug this gap somehow, but I don't know how. Giving people the ability to set in-world waypoints ahead of time would help tanks plan and remember routes though. That's a no-brainer.
Make Tanks....Tanks and you'll see more Tanks.That's really it.
