9.2 will be called something along the lines of "The Sepulcher"
end of everthing for a new start without the void, wasnt the sargeras objective? i mean the original one.also the things in shadowlands covenant looks like Order patheon, maybe the titans influenced how shadowlands work right now, and Primus original form was before he get the sigil of necrolords?Well, i dont really dislike the current lore, just how they tell it in game and the Sylvanas $%^& redemption on this cinematic ending
Maybe they're setting up the FF14 treatment of starting from scratch!*Dons the tinfoil hat and sits in the conspiracy corner*
What started as a journey to kill kobolds and "fairly" large scorpions is now reaching a point where you enter the realm of the creators of the celestial map. In a meta-perspective, I think Azeroth is pretty OP as the souls tethered to her are literal god killers.Yet we can't kill Sylvanas. Ok dude.
you actually couldn´t kill also Jaina. So what´s the point.....? Sylvanas at least know better how to subterfuge and scape, she was an elf specialized in invisibility and hunting, so is completelly normal she would scape being also what she is right now, and you should remember she has too the power of Nztoh
inb4 sylvannas is the key the covenants been lookin for to get a 1up on the jailer ... he will reach this place hes trying to go to and find nothing at which point hes pissed and we have to stop em of course (like we wernt going to before or something) ... and of course this is how the xpac ends ... we will of course end up storming this sepulcher place and fighting him in the "vault" chamber or w.e maybe after he breaks into the vault and finds nothing who knows. just figured id let you all know how this xpac ends a year in advance :)
Those First Ones can very well lie dead in that Sepulcher, makes sense for reality makers to rest in Shadowlands they created (also SK2: LotV zel'naga situation). N'zoth also didn't seem urgent in 8.2, but we still had 8.3, so we're pretty much finding the Sepulcher in 9.2.
Still, we have to stop the Jailer.
the first ones are the Xel'naga, the jailer wants to end the infinite cycle, and we finally get to see how starcraft and warcraft universe merge
So essentially the infinity stone saga
I know, someone will say that I repeat myself way too many times, but I can see way too many parallels to Doom Eternal Dark Lord. Especially his desire of revenge on those who seemingly wronged them. You know, in Doom story wasn't that important, because it served as an addition to a game with dynamic gameplay. But when you make a game AROUND the story, and come up with some half-a**'d ripoff of the other plot from the other game, you simply prove you don't care about your game anymore, and hope that fanboys will love every cr*p you will serve them.
The Jailer did not enter the Sepulcher. He entered the dimension where the Sepulcher is or where the path to the Sepulcher is. Chapter 9 is about us finding a way to follow the Jailer into that same dimension using the new sigils. In 9.2 we will explore that other dimension and learn more about the First Ones. But this is not going to be like Argus. We will find something that we could not possibly expect. And before we defeat the Jailer, we will all pay a heavy price...
I'm wondering if this Xpac is a lead-in to the new WoW engine they've been working and will be released in 10.0
The Jailer is the final boss of the expansion so guess what... he ditches on 9.2 *shock*.
