The real question is What is the silent star? At least one Naaru was referred to as a star, back in Draenor. Could this be one? Or something else, more sinister...
alot here dont see the true power. most dps spec has vers as there worst stat so they are already playing with only a few vers. if multiple people have the cloak and only a few points in vers it would steal almost nothing? so you could build groups for it and get more value.
