This is feeling tedious.

Do we know if this also applies to items obtained from the Great Vault? If so, that would be amazing for players that only do M+. I guess it wouldn't make much sense to allow it on Great Vault items if this is specifically a fix for people not using Mythic raid drops, but we can live in hope.

This is feeling tedious.

How? Early bosses were next to useless. This fixes that.

Love it, good work bliz

This is feeling tedious.

Yeah cause making mythic raiding more appealable to the community is such a chore.

This is feeling tedious.

you mean mythic raiders using those things theyve stopped using to make gear that was really worthless now on par? idk seems like a worthwhile change for those players.

Comment by Horcruxis

Surely this will work retroactively on mythic gear already obtained... right? RIGHT?

Comment by Rising447

Hmmm a new upgrade track instead of expanding the hero level one. Neat things for mythic raid loot i guess (and some heroic gear) neat

Comment by luisjosp5

So, is it safe to say that this will work with items obtained before 10.1.5? What if I got Kazzara's 441 back... will I be able to upgrade it to 447? or do I have to get a new 1 from 10.1.5?

Comment by Sundercat

Seems a little weird to make m+ vault loot upgradeable, it's not like 20s are that difficult to do, and aspect crests are extremely plentiful

Comment by corrupt733

W. Hope it's retroactive

This is feeling tedious.

Hmm yes, making this very convenient and perhaps the most friendly gearing system we've seen even more powerful is actually tedious.

Hmmm a new upgrade track instead of expanding the hero level one. Neat things for mythic raid loot i guess, wonder if it applies to super high vault drops.

Why on earth would you expand the Hero track? It's far too powerful as it is.
And yeah vault loot thats 441 or higher will be on the Myth track

Comment by Fignewtun

so can u use mythic items from 10.1 to upgrade in 10.1.5 or do you have to get em when the patch comes out

Comment by Anck

Okay so apparently also applies to m+ vault loot from 16s and up, meaning much easier access to 447 ilvl through aspect's crests.

Surely this will work retroactively on mythic gear already obtained... right? RIGHT?

S1 crafted items were retroactively increased by 3 ilvls when 10.1 went live, so it's not impossible.

Comment by JustBurp

This will make aspects crest useful. As of now you only use them for crafts and a few to get that 5/5 Hero upgrade. Felt weird that wrym crests were more valuable and you needed much more of them.

Mythic first bosses gotten outdated really fast as it was basically 5/5 heroic gear. With this change, its probably a good idea to reclear instead of extend lockout for some guilds.

nice! now i don't have to do all 20s to cap my vault
