Upcoming Shards of Domination Set Bonus Buffs on Next Weekly Reset

Here you'll find a list of hotfixes that address various issues related to World of Warcraft: Shadowlands, Burning Crusade Classic and WoW Classic. Some of the hotfixes below take effect the moment they were implemented, while others may require scheduled realm restarts to go into effect. Please keep in mind that some issues cannot be addressed without a client-side patch update. This list will be updated as additional hotfixes are applied.

Shards of Domination

Blood Link – The damage and healing amount has been increased at all ranks by 20%.
Winds of Winter – The amount of damage and healing stored by the Winds has been increased at all ranks by ~45%.

Developers’ note: The difference between the three Rune Words for the Shards of Domination system is bigger than we want it to be. We have identified and fixed a bug in Winds of Winter which was preventing some damaging and healing abilities from counting towards its total, and we have retuned Winds of Winter and Blood Link so that the relative power between Rune Word bonuses is more balanced.

Jotungeirr, Destiny’s Call will now reset its cooldown at the end of boss encounters.
Fixed an issue where Ticking Sack of Terror could trigger more than intended in the presence of multiple trinkets.

I know they're not gonna delete them now, but by god please never do this system again. Starting with 9.2. Tiers sets or nothing, this is worse than either.Comment by KerathrasWell this is a welcome change of tactics, buffing underperformers instead of nerfing overperformers, but it’s all meaningless in practical terms if it turns out that now the other two are far superior to the Unholy one. If on the other hand they are all roughly equal now, it’s a great change. Numbers alone don’t mean anything without context and comparison so I guess we will have to wait for third party software to sim everything for us and see where things stand then.
