The irony of posting this on the same day as the above but now that I am back from work & have had some time to think about this.

Unhalted Unit Frames will NO longer be updated. Today, has been an eye opening experience and honestly, the level of abused / hatred I received today is just not something I need or want to deal with. This is solo-developed, passion project which is free-to-use, at no point, should ANYONE be subjected to this level of abuse or harassment - unhappy with the product or not, think about how you speak to one another & treat people.

For those of you that stood up for me and showed patience, thank you :Love: Unfortunately, for me - this was just the final nail in the coffin.

I would like to reiterate for those that may have forgotten. AddOn Developers do this for FUN, we do not make millions & a lot of us have jobs - they are free to use and therefore, you should expect issues / changes / adjustments and be a bit more patient with the developers behind those addons.

Used SUF since i started again in Legion and when that died with Midnight, i had a hard time finding something that resembled it. (Now i've seen that SUF is being worked on again). But UUF was the closest and was simple looking. Just what i needed.

But when i updated the addon the other day and noticed the entire UI was screwed, i had to look up what even happened. Turns out, he decided to change the Default profile. "Defaults: Updated to be more inline with my layout." A very pointless change since i can assume a lot of people don't make profiles straight away. Downloaded the older version and it was back to normal. Exported default and made a new profile.
Didn't matter since the UI was still borked. Had to change a couple settings back and turn off Party and Raid frames which was on by default for some reason while having to reload UI 4 times just to disable them and unchecking hiding blizz frames. Annoying for sure. Not annoying enough to warrant harassments,

But with how people are nowadays, it wouldn't surprise me if some of the criticism for the update was eventually viewed as harassment from his eyes. Get enough of it and it can turn into that. Seen it happen.
Not to say that there weren't "true" harassments towards him. If something breaks, people will riot.
Maybe he should get someone to work for him as a manager. So all he has to focus on is coding and not interacting with people since he just seem to not be able to handle that.

And lets not kid ourselves here. He makes the addon for free, yes. But he has a patreon, kofi, donate and a subscribe to twitch buttons as the first thing you see in his descriptions.Comment by Deamonheart34Oh nice. so now i had to redo my UUF Interface yesterday because for me everything was broken and i joked to my Guildmates that i hope that the fixupdate doesnt brake my Interface again.
