And he nailed two dates already, idk guys, but it seems REAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAL. Lets hype!
3 Months from now pretty much?, thats crazy to think that Shadowlands soon is over thankfully.
Holy crap! If true that only leaves 2-3 months for them to sort everything out and most of the class trees are in shambles with some not even released yet. Also I keep hearing from folks with Alpha access that the new zones have tons of issues that go beyond the usual quest bugs. This is madness!
I'm super excited for a relatively soon release -- but I'm also a tiny bit nervous. I'd like to see more detailed information of the state of it as we approach that deadline. I bet (hope?) that it'll be pushed back if it's not ready.
Release the game before holidays season so a good chunk of players can enjoy all the new zones/quests/dungeons and whatever else during holidays.orHold the game release before holidays season so a few dozens world first raiders aren't being inconvenienced?Tough decision to make I think š¤
Call of Duty also just confirmed that MW2 will launch at October 27th, so that seems to prove the schedule even further.https://twitter.com/CallofDuty/status/1559578384862269444
I don't understand anymore why people are worried about dates at this point. The one main thing that has historically been proven to screw expansions up is Blizzard's inability to listen to the player base and designing the game around the player, not them rushing the game. No 12 month Beta will fix that.If they're confident the game is ready to be released I don't see much of a reason to not believe that.Whether it will be fun and/or good depends on design, and clearly they likely won't change that either way.
Interesting. Welp I'm thinking Dragonflight preview trailer will show up next week's Gamescon, usually never misses that event. And I imagine the 2D animated cinematics will start in September to follow as well.
So we should be keeping an eye on perhaps the week before Aug 30th for an announcement of the WoW stuff
FFS Blizzard, please, please stop releasing raid tiers a couple of weeks from the holiday season.Like... for real...
Wasn't there some other patch with raids that people were worrying over raids launching on holidays and Blizzard just postponed it to January? I am seeing them doing the same here.
