So some characters definitely got disqualified.

I’m curious how low the cutoff dropped after the disqualifications because he was only a single timed +23 worth of IO below cutoff.

Same with 1%. I don’t know anyone who theoretically barely missed it. I bet RMT boosts are very widespread for this.
