I like porting to the Exodar when I want a little peace and quiet because it feels like a home where everyone lives together, like the spaceship that it once was, yet you don't get claustrophobic from too many tentacles and tails. It makes me think what it must have been like when it was part of the Tempest Keep fleet. Right now, in Azuremyst, it's small and cozy, yet it has all you need, including a museum, a mystical being of pure Light in the basement, and two of my favourite characters in WoW, Nobundo and Velen, reside there.
Storm Peaks all the way for me.. Because standing at one of Ulduar towers, watching the lightning, snowy landscape and listening to the most epic music in-game beats even Grizzly Hills. ^^

Ulduar facing towards the stormpeaks, still an awesome time
May favorite area in WoW is Dalaran. Tho Dalaran is now a ghost town for the most part, I still love Dal because of all the great memories I have had there all threw Wrath. You still see your occasional mailbox strippers, bored people zipping around on their choppers, and the newbie thinking that attacking a flagged horedy or ally will result in a victory for them. Sitting in front of the horde side many a day i watch as ally people try to zip in forgetting that they are now on the wrong side, then it is time to /point /lol at them and hope you don't meet them in a dark hallway somewhere. So out of every zone in WoW Dalaran is still me Favorite.
Nagrand.. For all the PvP that used to happen there
Call me crazy but my favorite place is Storm Peaks. Not because of spending several hours hunting down the Time-Lost Proto Drake (which i have done :P) but because of everything about about. First I have an interest in snowy places. To me snowy places are relaxing. Nothing but the silent sound of the wind and the sight of the falling snow reminds you of starting over. Completely covering the ground in snow so that when spring comes, nature can start anew. Dont forget the aurora Borealis that covers the sky. one of my goals is to go to alaska and witness one for myself. (a lot of this is why i like playing skyrim too). Second, I started playing wow when wrath came out and when i got to Northerend and high enough lvl to level up in storm peaks i spent most of my time there. I fell in loves with the place and the sights when i started questing. It was the brunnhildar quest chain line that got me the most,The third and last reason is because of how much titan architecture, quests, and lore. Im a big fan of the titan lore. Call me a nerd but the history of the titans are interesting. They themselves created Azeroth. (story wise) They gave the aspects their powers (b4 they lost them) There is also the many mysteries and secrets they hold.one last thing i forgot to mention is the music there is beautiful.
My favourite place in WoW would have to be the hidden dwarven farm east of Arathi Highlands, so wide open and just plain awesome.
I've got to love Timbermaw hold. Nothing like turning into a furbolg. Then again, it's not like the grind it used to be in the old days.
My favorite place in Azeroth is Wester Plaguelands. So much to see. So much to do. So many undead to grind.
My favorite place in Azeroth is Hyjal. It's so beautiful in some places and distraught in others. The story line is also quite interesting as you go through it :)Buttahcup@Kael'Thas
I loved before and after the Cataclysm to head down to Tanaris and swim all the way around to the little hidden inlet behind AQ in Silithus, just basking on the little beach there away form everyone and everything, nice tiny little resort area few people bothered to tread to. Pet the turtles, wonder about the little hut and survivor til they took them out(?).Just sitting there fishing, or crafting, or picking my nose all the while messing with the heads of people in Silithus every so often by yacking at them in general chat and they could never find me. It's a nice scenic little spot, the golden sunrises and sunsets, the frustration of people I'd troll, and the turtles.. Fun fun time...s
My favorite place in WOW has to be Mount Hyjal. I love the lush trees then the burned land.
Crystalsong Forest is HANDS DOWN the best location in the game. Sadly, it was very underused, but it's still nice to head over there once in a while and just kinda float around :)
