Another controversial decision to remove any type of uniqueness. Holiday outfits should be available only for holidays. Period. Making them available indefinitely completely undermines their fundamental value. If so, then lets do Winter Veil holidays, Hallows End holidays and all other holidays and their activities, quests, holiday bonuses and buffs available for the entire time without any restriction. It is a nonsense. I genuinely dont understand why they keep ruining any type of uniqueness - first classes, then race+class combinations, factions, achievements - all of these lost their value because they either way to easy to obtain or there is absolutely no difference between them.

I kept those dresses for this reason! Even had a kind GM restore them for me when they were once accidentally sold, despite him saying they normally don't ever help for white items.I beg you Blizzard, do not hotfix the dresses, please!

I'm noting a distinct lack of the Lovely Rose being listed as a head item outside of its holiday... /sighAs an aside, the real question I have is: Are the green (current, holiday-only) items BECOMING the white items, or is there still value to be had in having the white items?ie, is it only the WHITE, non-restricted to a holiday, item that's going to provide a full year-round cosmetic transmog? I've been sitting on boatloads of those things for years now, waiting for them to have some value again, and it would be nice if that was the case.
