Overview: The Sand Queen creates [Sand Traps] around her enemies to isolate and incapacitate her prey. She also dives beneath the sands with [Upheaval] and springs up underneath victims.

Damage Dealers:
Avoid running into [Sand Trap] as they can litter the field.
Spread out to prevent [Upheaval] from hitting too many targets.
Healers:
Beware of high incoming damage when The Sand Queen uses [Enrage]!

Call of the Sand Queen:
Each of the Sand Queen's abillities call forth a Buzzing Drone to assist her. (Heroic)
Sand Trap: Calls forth sand traps beneath all players for 4 sec. Coming into contact with a sand trap inflicts 8950 to 9410 Nature damage, knocking the target into the air and stunning them for 4 sec. (Normal)

Sandstorm: Creates a large sandstorm, inflicting 1678 to 1765 Nature damage to all enemies every 2 sec for 12 sec.
Upheaval: Disappears beneath the sand, exploding up underneath a player. This eruption inflicts 13851 to 15309 Nature damage and knocks all targets upwards.
Buzzing Drone: If a Buzzing Drone dies nearby The Sand Queen, she gains a stack of Enrage. (Heroic)

Itchy Bite: Bites cover an enemy, inflicting 1755 to 1845 Physical damage immediately, with an additional 100 Physical damage every 2 sec for 8 sec.
Enrage: Whenever a Buzzing Drone dies nearby The Sand Queen, she enrages and gains 5% damage done and 5% Haste for 4 sec. This effect stacks.

Enrage: Upon reaching 30% remaining health, The Sand Queen enrages, gaining 30% haste and 30% damage done. (Normal)

Jes Howlis

Overview: Jes Howlis seeks to crush his enemies and maintain leadership through [Flashing Daggers] and [Howling Fear].
At 50% health remaining, he uses [Smoke Powder] to distract them as he releases more fellow prisoners from their cells.

Damage Dealers:
Get behind a pillar when [Flashing Daggers] is cast to prevent taking large damage.
Interrupt [Howling Fear] when it is being cast.
Healers:
Get behind a pillar when [Flashing Daggers] is cast to prevent taking large damage.
Watch out for prisoners with stacks of [Motivated] as they will be inflicting high damage.
Tanks:
Get behind a pillar when [Flashing Daggers] is cast to prevent taking large damage.
Gain threat on released prisoners after [Smoke Powder] wears off.

Flashing Daggers: Hurls daggers at all players within line of sight, inflicting 22442 to 23358 Physical damage and knocking them back.
Crippling Shiv: Hurls a makeshift shiv at a target, inflicting 3528 to 3672 Nature damage and causing the target to suffer 1350 Nature damage every 2 sec for 12 sec. This effect reduces movement speed by 50%.
Howling Fear: Releases a mighty howl, causing players within 60 yds to run in fear for 6 sec.
Smoke Powder: Hurls a smoke bomb to the ground, stunning players for 6 sec and opening several prison cells to assist the caster.

Irontide Raider: A released convict that will do anything to escape.
Bobby Howlis (Heroic)

Vicious Mauling: Leaps to a target, pinning them to the ground. While the target is pinned, they suffer 1800 Physical damage every 1 sec for 30 sec.

Blade Turning: Absorbs 27000 damage on the caster. While this effect remains, the caster is unable to be interrupted.

Howling Fear: Releases a mighty howl, causing players within 60 yds to run in fear for 6 sec.

Motivating Cry: Channels a rallying cry, applying a stack of Motivated every 2 sec for 45 sec.

Motivated: Damage done increased by 10% for 12 sec. This effect stacks.

Knight Captain Valyri

Overview: Knight Captain Valyri uses the Munitions Barrels within the armory to crush her foes. When the Munitions Barrel comes into contact with fire, it will explode with [Burning Arsenal].
Interacting with the Munitions Barrel will allow safe transportation of it, assuming the bearer is not already on fire...

Damage Dealers:
Avoid holding munitions piles when afflicted by [Fuselighter] to prevent triggering [Burning Arsenal].
Try to move munitions piles away from [Ignition] and [Cinderflame] to avoid triggering [Burning Arsenal].
Healers:
Avoid holding munitions piles when afflicted by [Fuselighter] to prevent triggering [Burning Arsenal].

Cinderflame: Blasts out a cone of flames in front of the caster, inflicting 17550 to 18450 Fire damage.
Fuselighter: Marks a player with a burning fuse, causing them to erupt inflicting 1842 to 1938 Fire damage every 1 sec for 5 sec.

Overview: Overseer Korgus attacks players with several of his gun abilities. Periodically, he will load [Azerite Rounds: Incendiary] and [Azerite Rounds: Blast] into his guns for different effects!

Damage Dealers:
Try to not be struck by multiple applications of [Azerite Rounds: Incendiary], as the burning effect will stack.
Avoid being hit by [Deadeye] while the debuff is still present, as the second hit will be very lethal.
Watch the prison cannons as [Massive Blast] is being fired to avoid being destroyed.
Healers:
Players struck with [Azerite Rounds: Incendiary] will suffer increasing Fire damage the more they are hit.
Avoid being hit by [Deadeye] while the debuff is still present, as the second hit will be very lethal.

Tanks:

Heartstopper Venom: Fires a Heartstopper round at each player. Venom courses through the veins each time the target moves. If it reaches their heart, the target is stunned for 12 sec. (Heroic)
Load Azerite Ammunition

Azerite Rounds: Incendiary: Loads his gun with fiery Azerite incendiary rounds, causing targets struck to suffer 2025 Fire damage every 2 sec for 8 sec.

Incendiary Rounds: Being struck by Incendiary Rounds inflicts 2025 Fire damage every 2 sec for 8 sec. This effect stacks.

Azerite Rounds: Blast: Loads his gun with heavy Azerite blast rounds, pushing back targets struck.

Cross Ignition: Blasts players along burning lanes, inflicting 26865 to 27135 Fire damage.
Explosive Burst: Marks player for Explosive Burst. After 4 sec, shots ring out and inflict 12142 to 12266 Fire damage to all players within 5 yds.
Deadeye: Aims at a player, firing a precise round after 4 sec and striking the first player in the line. This shot inflicts 7814 to 8638 Physical damage and increases damage taken from Deadeye by 500% for 1.3 min.
Massive Blast: A nearby cannon fires a massive blast, inflicting 100 Fire damage in a frontal cone and knocking back targets struck.

That Jes' Howler trinket sounds very interesting, a DPS trinket that splits to benefit the group.
