I find the comments amusing that seem to act like this isn’t a difficult accomplishment. Making it seem like the only reason they haven’t done it themselves is they haven’t felt like it. Also the comments complaining that wowhead is wastinf their time with this article. You can always skip an article if you don’t want to read it, and it’s not like there is a ton of wow news at the moment.
Versatility gear is a mistake.
Pretty cool read man , good work guys.
That sounds like a complete 'fun police' move. Those classes aren't op they're just good at certain things. Stuff like this is cool to see id hate to see blizz 'fix' it when there's nothing wrong.
Interesting but they did out gear the raid by quite a lot so it is hardly surprising.
I would really like us to go back to just 2 difficulties instead of 4 and have the item level not change so drastically from level cap to mythic in 1 tier. That should make tuning and outscaling easier to deal with. Would help pvp too.
So I have a few questions to this:1) Is the enrage timer on normal longer than on HC? Since I know on HC he enrages once he starts on the 4th cycle and they killed him during a 4th cycle.2) How the @#$% do the mage keep himself/herself alive for most of the fight? When you consider the there is alot of unavoidable dmg and living on leech would require alot of it (which would either mean the person is lucky as %^&* or got alot of money).
Bravo! It's not a hard fight (our raid group has it on farm now) but there are some tricky parts. I play fire mage, that one up there was kicking it, I can't hit that much DPS. Very well done.
now get them to do it with the right gearlevel of gear like around 195 ilvl not 220+
