I think the requirement "+15 completed achievement" is a very difficult one for a player that is just pugging and not playing flavour of the month spec / class.The +10 tiers isn't relevant with the ilvl it proposes...Then the fact you can't use your pre-patch 9.05 items with valor point is just a very clumsy way of stretching current content.It's just gona fatigue players in re-looting their stuff and make them hate doing dungeons...So to summs it up, it looks like this feature has been designed hastily to stop the sub bleed and content the community but unfortunately with the wrong type of player in mind.And to add a little spice to it, we don't know how the system works, we don't how many items per week we will be able to enhance etc. So it's flawed by design and communication, it's voluntarly shady and it shall not be like that.A company taking care of its customers shall always have in mind transparency when communicated with them. It's a thing advertising for "the community" in youtube videos or convention, but it's another one to please it with features in game :)
I’m an old WOW fan. I play since the 2nd day of release back in 2004.Back then I had time to raid MC, BWL, AQ40, Naxx. Now with wife and children I don’t. Mythic Plus made me come back to the game because when I have 40min I can do something challenging instead of waiting 20min for the first pull in a raid with subsequent attempts - I wouldn’t contribute as I would need to leave.Fix M+ as suggested by community as a viable 3rd pillar of progression.Raiders can even have set bonuses as advertised so people that can also raid will have a good reason to be there.But let us have a way to get 233 weps and 226 gear within M+ system.

Loot Quantity has to get highered back to normal stateBonusrolls readded to the gameProper azerite and essences dmg conversion (Rogue, assasination is still hot garbage and bugged on live server) <- Since launch and i am sure there are plenty other specs that simply miss a lot of damage through substats and ilvl nerf, which hit badlyWeapon need to drop at whole and not their pieces and on top these weapons need to be dropped from more sources than raiding or impactful pvp rating.Ilvl needs to scale PROPER with the key, raidRaiding needs to become Raid+ and mythic rading has to go, it is obsolete now and then (mythicraiding only exist for boosting purpose for a wider gap between rich and poor, no casual hs time to ever do it)Pvp needs other Gear, Resilence was a good ideaMasterloot needs to stay out of the game for a healthy loot distributionProfessions need to get back to the state they wereNo more Legendary Crafting and spending ressources for developing this!If Pvp couuld get rid of any addons and voice communication to make it really an expierence. For me Talking in competitive is like cheating and thus i don't see any challenge in doing arena or bg. -> Meaning add pvp variant without the usage of addons and voice chat, like a real arena should be or bg<-
