Good luck getting you class specific gear everyone..../laughs in Hunter/Rogue
They were called "welfare legendaries at the time"? They will always be called welfare legendaries, not just in the past wowhead. writers are out of touch with the playerbase and slang they use from day to day KEKW
"Yo Fred, I'm making a ring for death knights, what cool effect should I give it?""Uhhh, death knights are the disease class right? Buff their diseases, they'll love that!"
My time to shine as a holy priest has come!
I'm a bit flabbergasted at the fact that whomever wrote this article is speculating the DK ring is a reference to Arthas. Instead of just flat out saying it is, which it is.
Killing Blanduin off might be a too far-fetched time to put him on a bus for 4 expansions and hopefully give him some depth other than blond cherub that loves peace.
I don't mind them being limited as long as the effect is also not so powerfully as to break their season system in pvp, raid, and m+ to make these manidoty for these classes or so strong that their the new flavor of the month and "only thing worth bring this tier" in the toxic community of group finder for content. But at the same time if their so meh no one cares its pointless. We will see but little faith in blizz to balance these well.
Should the new rings be Epic, Legendary, Epic, Legendary, Epic, Legendary . . . What should it be? The last real Legendary was in Cataclysm. Almost everything after Cata should have been classified as Epic quality. Blizzard gave into the FOMO monster in MoP and removed Super OP items from the game. Now Blizz forces everyone to use the same items and classified them as Legendary. It's more exciting to get EPIC quality items. Are Legendries still Legendary if its easier to acquired than RARE quality items.
