Sounds like a bug - stop posting bugs. You are supposed to be a partner to blizzard, not promoting exploits. This is the worst kind of news post and ya'll love doing it. Enough - report it in the bugs section on the forum, it is not news.
I ran this a couple of hours ago, and didn't get current ilevel gear. But, i got like 5 tmogs I didn't have, so I'm not mad at it.

Definately hotfixed now.Checked with my druid 10 hours ago and had hands showing up as reward. Didnt do it as not playing the druid currently.Checked now again and has changed to Azerite reward.edit-- And also saw hotfix notes..."Fixed a bug that caused some legacy World Quests to provide more-powerful rewards than intended."
LMAO this is the worst hotfix I've ever heard of ON WH or the forums. The bug was giving out more powerful rewards than intended so they 'fix' it to give out SOME USELESS OLD RESOURCE? Lol take the stuff people got from it away then, or make it universally available and deal with your mistake, Blizzard.

Honestly one of those bugs that wouldn't have hurt anybody if they'd have just let it slide. That's why it *feels* like they're being jerks, because stuff like this is fixed in an instant while other things are ignored. Turned a small W for players into an L for Blizz. 🤷🏼♂️
