I imagine they want the Kul Tirans and Zandalari to be part of the explorers that visit the Dragon Isles if the new player experience still takes you through BFA, so there's a kind of consistency there
Everything nowadays is datamines but people can't figure out for what these things are? pretty weird, but Im happy about it since there is a true new mystery.
most likely just a Kul Tiran emissary or area in Stormwind since there is no Kul Tiran presence in Stormwind unlike the other allied races who have some presence in the city, at least at the Embassy. But if we're really lucky, it will be an area where members/NPCs of the opposing faction can be found as the Alliance and Horde take another step forward to making peace between the two factions official now that the two factions are currently the closest than they ever been, especially with all the warmongers and extremely hated leaders are long dead (Garrosh) or exiled (Gallywix and Sylvanas), or their personal conflicts have came to a close (Tyrande giving her judgement to Sylvanas and Greymane's hunt after Sylvanas has ended). So with no more beef existing between the Leaders of the Alliance and Horde and with them essentially having respect for eachother and even some having friendships with eachother, literally all it would take to make peace official is simply someone speaking up and mentioning peace and I doubt anyone currently would oppose the idea.
Stop with the housing already. Making such a huge thing "purely optional" is a waste of recources and dev time. It's not that hard to understand.
Might be a roost for a dragon handler. A place to access customisation for your dragon outside of the Dragon Isles? Or a place that functions in the same manner as the Embassy, but for the Dragon Flights. What about a place for Evokers to do their thing (whatever that is)? What about a place where crafters can browse for work orders when they start to become available?
Could be a place to advertise shop items in game.
Im going to guess some sort of fast travel for newer players? The introduction to the BFA zones after leaving Exiles Reach is kind of jarring, this will give them a better quest hook to get there. The placement for it is odd though.
Honestly while my first thought was it's a place to customize your drake mount outside the Dragon Isles, I'm not sure that actually makes sense, as you won't be able to use that mount outside of the Dragon Isles. This could be something completely new. Such as the ability to customize your mounts, like the abominations at the Abomination Factory in Maldraxxus for Necrolords. The technology exists. Could be a nice thing for mount enthusiasts.
I think it's something to do with the new professions. Also, title of article ends in a preposition. :(
My guess is it's gonna be the storefront for the new crafting system, personally. Also to the two dorks that think housing is a bad idea and bad for the game: the endgame of every game in every genre is some form of dress-up. Achievements (everything), unlockable skins (fighting games), customization options (racing games), titles (most mmos), talent trees (rpgs), naming your character, leaderboards, anything that you can display to other players; same idea as housing. It lets you make the game more yours, and everyone wants to do that in some way.If it's such a waste of valuable dev time, pray tell, what exactly do you think deserves more time? "The game" is not an answer. Propose your solution.Housing is a staple of every successful mmo except WoW. It's about time they look seriously at it.
There's no way this small box in Stormwind is something for player housing, so lets just get that out of the way. Its likely a "dragon stable".
the logical reason is to be for the craft order npcit has the same ..whatever you call the rope at front.. as before an auctioneerand there will certainly be a npc in the major citiesand these definitely dont work for stables because er im not that special to choose the city center statue, even for wow universe's standarts ;dnor would i like my bird there :(
a reason to go there would be better :( even with flying and all darnassus was shadowlands zone since x0
