Azeroth survived thousands of years with tumors the size of continents in the planet. The sword really isn't that big of a deal. That aside, every single plan people have proposed for removing it ranges from the implausible to the outright hilarious.
Man you people haven't been stabbed and it shows.
I actually forgot about the sword. I don't care what they do with it.
So the new expansion looks good and people can't really complain about it too much there so they are now losing their minds over a sword that we already dealt with? It's done, we removed corruption and stopped bleeding and now it's a mountain, who cares if they are going to do anything else with it or not. Another example of complaining for the sake of complaining, there always has to be something.
is that coiscendence or something?
It's just a flesh wound.
One of these days, someone who replied to this article is going to be convicted of manslaughter after they try "helping" a stab victim by pulling out the weapon they were stabbed with without a surgical team ready and waiting.Seriously, folks, Battle for Azeroth involved us fixing the internal trauma caused by the sword. Now, with no means to pull out the sword (because yes, we have access to some amazing tech and magic, but this blade towers over mountains) and no means to heal the wound if it's pulled out (it took dozens of druids and shaman to heal the wound on Shen-zin Su, which was a tiny fraction of the size of the wound the sword caused), the best thing to do is to leave it be until we have the means to fully take care of it.Finally, let me truly depress you: How can so many people ignore such a catastrophic threat to their world? How unrealistic is that? *glances around at the real world, where nobody is doing anything about the catastrophic threat of climate change*
The sword is going to end up being player housing, but only if you install the new WoW mobile game on your phone. You don't think you want it, but you do.
now imagine if blizzard realized, counting the size of aze's globe when seen from Argus and the zone locations on the world map, the dragon isles fall exactly opposite Silithus...
Guys, I am willing to bet major amounts of money that the red star disappearing will coincide with whatever happens to the sword next. Afrasiabi said whenever the red star in the sky disappears, things are going to get real bad, real fast.
this is the only storyline i actually care about anymore and they arent gonna clear it up for years feelsbadman
I've never understood what peoples' confusion with the sword is. We drained it of power at the end of Legion, and healed the woonz in BFA. Did y'all actually expect us to be able to yoink out a sword the size of Mt Hyjal? Keep in mind the greatest mages in the world struggled just to teleport a floating city from Karazhan to the Broken Isles. What do you all propose we do about a massive structure embedded in the planet?
