Gosh it was hilarious. Everyone was "scaled" to level 69, level 40+ talents were disabled, leaving the BG removed your 40+ talents and you had to re-choose them. NPCs were 40. Good times, it was annoying but I always love seeing when things break in such a funny way. The word "Nice" was used many times.
They also ran into a problem with the comp-stomp brawl... (the AI arathi)the problem being that it was too fun and too rewarding...so now it's just removed entirely... without telling anyone (it was briefly mentioned once during BFA that it was being replaced this one time... but would be back... nope...)
Southshore vs Tarren Mill is my least favorite brawl. Lagfest galore. I don't mind not having it this week.
Sooooo Where's Comp Stomp?
And yet comp stomp is not yet available, it seems that earning honor in huge amounts was their original problem. There is no compstomped planed in calendar for the next year lol.
I see a lot of conspiracy theories in here. LOL
good delete it. You cant even play this BG without insane unplayable lag like everywhere else in the game thats theres more than 30 people.
Soon all PvP brawls will be replaced with Arathi Blizzard, it's just a matter of time. Then they'll start replacing regular battlegrounds, then arenas, and finally M+ and raids will also be Arathi Blizzard. They will then release an update changing the name to 'Activision Blizzard' as the final stroke in their master plan.plz give back comp stomp as promised THERE IS ONLY ARATHI BLIZZARD
Glad they did this, it was a bad implementation. NPCs should be powerful to prevent the zerg into the enemy base (never happened in real world battles which this is supposed to simulate) and the talent bug every game was highly annoying.I'd only be happy with Comp Stomp returning if they removed any and all PvP related rewards from it. No Arathi rep, no honor, no conquest, no Arathi achievements. I wonder how many of the people who found it "fun" would do it if there weren't free rewards. You should have to engage with actual PvP to get PvP related currencies and rewards.
