Interesting isn't the same as good. The old rune system was garbage, it made rotations clunky by forcing players to use weaker abilities just to turn runes into death runes so you can spam 1 ability a few times. And speaking of interesting, how interesting is oblit spam lmao? Single handedly the worst build/rotation I've ever had the misfortune to play.

The only reason ppl want the old rune system back is because they're nostalgic about it, same with two handed frost spec.
