There's just no reasonable justification for HC raid to have higher ilvl than M+. You can squabble all day as to which is more challenging content but ultimately, parity between game modes (and you can include PvP in this), is what Blizzard should strive for.
Not a great change, you should increase ilvl for timed runs at last 20+ in time should be doable in any spec. 220 would be ok i think.
I don't like this at all.No incentive yet again to go past a +15Why?Can you not simply stop the infinite gear farm at a +15 but still allow gear to drop scaling up to 233 like the first time you complete a key past +15 every week or something? This would prevent players on week one from getting any gear beyond what a +18 would drop (since +3 on a 15 is the highest possible key upgrade and you only get gear from the FIRST key you complete over +15) and would not be infinitely farmable. As long as Blizzard makes the 233 reward Key level high enough so that it's not possible within the first 2 weeks to push a Key that high, it would have very little impact on the world first raid race.Or something, I mean at least this would give people who only want to do M+ the eventual ability to acquire 233 weapons without having to commit to a Mythic raid guild. I feel like Blizzard could definitely find a target key level that is as equivalent in difficulty to achieve, not just in tuning but the time investment as well.
Can someone explain what exactly "baseline 1 peace of loot from end of dungeon chest" means?Does it mean we get 2 items if we time it and 1 item if we don't or does it mean we get 1 item if we time it and 0 if we don't?
a +14 gives max-chest now? srsly... this is a work in progress and will see change, id bet money on it...
