im not an expert, the changes to MM Hunter are good or bad?
I'm legit starting to think Blizzard just doesn't have anyone on the class design team that knows what to do with DKs anymore. Two full months with just some random legendary tweaks and capping all our AOE, thats it. /facepalm
RIP shadow priest passive healing. They gutted it to the ground. Now we purely rely on Shadow Mends and our 2 min CD to heal up.
Wow these mage changes are amazing! Adding rune of power to your major CD is a much more elegant fix than just taking RoP off the GCD, and making MI a damage mitigation ability adds texture to it so it's not just. a button you have to press on CD in every situation. Thanks Blizz!

Good changes to MM, mainly on the Rapid Fire aspects. The Steady Focus change is a nice touch overall. A pity to see the Chimaera Shot not generating focus anymore, but it didn't seen to fit the rotation very well, so, it's ok-ish gap filler.
No DH change at all in 2 week, guess Blizzard got no idea what to do with Havoc right now and we have to wait till rework/big buff.
So Shadow Priest doesn't heal by doing damage anymore or is it a bug of the patch notes?
So for MM Hunter AImed and multi shot cost more focus while arcane costs less, dont know how to think about that tbh. Rapid fire is doing less damage and focus regen but its doing it faster, kind of think it prob should be 2 focus a shot instead of 1 since its firing less shots. Personally liking the sounds of the Streamline and Steady focus changes, didnt like the fact streamline made Rapid fire last longer and Steady Focus was just Garbage. Lethal Shot and Lock and load buffs looks good. Serpent sting buff looks good and the change to Master Marksman now being a DoT on any crits instead of extra crit strikefor Aimed Shots sounds better tbh. In BfA it make the rotation better with free Arcane/multi's and the first SL change made it sound too good to pass up. Careful AIm nerf is to be expected, nerf cos its only affecting 30% hp window instead of 40%(first and last 20%). looking to reroll in SL and landing on MM hunter and really would try to try these changes out and make a better decision( *cough*Beta pls).also isChimera Shot baseline now or is it still a talent. Its not that unusual for talents similar to say Calling the shots to also proc on other talent choices but is it still a talent and the tooltip was updated to reflect its function for MM or is it baseline?
ELE IS SAVED! It's not much, hell it's basically BFA, but that's so much better than the disjointed mess of half specs that don't interact with each other that the last build was.

Arcane Mage and Elemental Shaman changes are amazing. Especially the removal of seismic thunder and that lavaburst contributes to Fulmination. I wonder if Totem Mastery is completely gone now or if its gonna be baseline
can you please just change disc last tier talents? the only good one is evangelism that only and only works in raid. luminous barrier is so bad you rather not to choose any talent than this one. it makes worse, weaker. just remove put something relevant there. if nothing new at least move divine star there and make it so it goes dark when u cast shadow covenant? that would be cool. and the new one. light's caress is just useless so if you get full value out of it this is gonna be what happens: you get one third healing of a shadowmend when you get in barrier and another one third of healing when barrier duration is over. a total two third of a shadowmend healing. that so stupidly useless and cant compete with evangelism at all in raid. and yet its nerfed. why? its broken af in raid and doeas massive healing ( while casual and pug players dont bother to come to the barrier anyway an really need high cordination to get benefit from in the first place) you can literally walk into pvp / M+ and dont choose any talent of the last row. that how irrelevant this talent row is for the spec. please give something usefull for the spec. the spec already struggles with spot healing and healing when there is no target. add something that helps out the spec with these situation. the spec just feels unplayable in grievous affix specially in encounters where there is no target to damage. ( last boss junkyard + last boss temple of sethralis) .at least the flat 3% damage taken reduction was doing some work. not these useless stupid talents.

The only way the rune changes is good for fire at least is if Sun King's leggo procs rune, basically when every spell procs you major you gain rune. Otherwise it's just bad, really really bad.And, of course, nerfing PF is not the best idea, you lacking crits anyway and this will hurt fire even more
