Like, combine that with the legendary that has a 50% chance to reset Avengers Shield CD and Prot Paladins will basically just be throwing shields all across the galaxy 90% of the time. Instead of a mostly negligible but nice-to-have perk, this will be mandatory. Worse "illusion of choice" than old talent trees.
