its so unfair , why NA must have 1 day advantage ?
yeaaah! we won a race we start miles ahead by design! yeahhhh! USA! USA!
Funny how most of the people involved acknowledge Liquid's win, even some of Echo's staff (Preach), but some fans refuse to accept it. RWF players have previously states any headstart NA gets has counters that benefit EU guilds, and that neither side has a distinct advantage in the current setting. Do kinda hope that the next raid is tuned to not talk such a short time, given splits occurred the first half of the week, Mythic only took like 3-4 days which is quite a short time IMO.
The tears of EU fans makes it so much sweeter. Imagine bawling about a head starts while taking advantage of NA strats and bug fixes that they find. Yeah it’s so unfair but we won’t fly to NA to play because we know we would lose even harder…
Well said Nali. All three of these guilds are the best in the world. If everything was not streamed then there would be a valid argument that Echo was faster. Bliz has said many times that they are not going to release at the same time global which would also cause issues with whoever's reset is closest. So that is not the only solution or one that will happen. There is plenty of money in this so the best solution is put the top 3 or 5 or whatever guilds in the same place. Alternate whether that's US, Europe, Asia every tier. They already gather the guild in one place it isn't that big a step.
Whoa these comments are radioactive. I thought people were just joking saying things like NA cheated or don't deserve their win but the more I read the less it seems like they are joking... While I know the players and viewers would all like to see a global release for the sake of the RWF... it's not in their control. They can't do anything but play the game as it currently functions. But a global release, while cool from a RFW perspective, would benefit such a small subset of players and a major change in reset/release time (Either NA getting on EU's schedule or vice versa) would probably inconvenience the player base at large. So I don't know if it is ever going to happen.
If both teams were playing off stream, Liquid would be so far ahead, it wouldn't even be close, they are the ones finding the best strat and their boss kill fights lately have been flawless. Nothing to do with time zonesLiquid outplayed Echo in the last 2 RWF in every aspect, would've been an easy win in s1 too for Liquid if it weren't for the random nerf My observation was that in both Dragonflight RWF , Echo's strategy was to do an unhealthy amount of splits until they have the best ilvl difference , we're talking 1 - 3 extra ilvl, while waiting for Liquid to come up with a successful strat, but guess what, ilvl doesnt necessarily win the fightIn fact, Liquid was pulling bosses with lower avg. ilvl and they had flawless boss kills because they spent time on perfecting the encounter insteadLiquid was straight up the better team in both DF RWF seasons, in every possible way
Blizz: We do NOT care about this so called community driven event, RWF at all and we don't design or tune the game just for that.... 😏😏Also Blizz: We changed Loot rules from Personal to Group for unrestricted gear trading and it was totally NOT something that we thought would help RWF Raiders in the first week, pinky swear! 🤭🤭 Later Blizz again: Congrats to the RWF winners! 🥳🥳Epic trolling by Blizz! 😂 😂
