kinda offtopic but i would really like to have a few pick pocketing updates like stuff we had in WoD/Legion but a little more indepth.
aoe cap from outlaw should be at 3 targets , not 5.
Assassination could loosen up on the maintenance, maintaining 3 bleeds that expire faster on vendetta usage feels like too much trouble for what it's worth on the current 9.2 iteration. Added mechanics like guile's charm would just choke the spec further.
My only hope is that we don't get current assassination 4set as a talent4set singlehandedly made me hate the spec after playing and enjoying it exclusively for 8 years straight
The killing spree talent idea in the outlaw section is such a fantastic idea. I want it ! Another problem for me with outlaw is the awkward unpruning it got with slice and dice. It really doesnt feel like it has any meaningful interaction to how the spec plays. Its just yet another thing you have to maintain in order to not lose damage. Just another plate to spin for the hell of it. I think roll the bones is quite enough even after the quality of life changes it got moving from bfa to SL.
i hope they will listen to PvPers too because some of these things make no sens from a PvP perspective
As an assassination rogue playing PvE and pvp I must say that your so called "unused" talents are not realy correct. The only reason it might look like that is because most people don't think about it and play meta.
How can you make a wishlist for Outlaw talents and not mention Greed?

Please, for the sake of all good, remove slice and dice.This one single skill killed rogue.Assassination got a way to extend it and somehow was viable spec in Nathria.Outlaw had s'n'd generator since release of SL and was the best rogue spec in Nathria.Just. Remove. It.As for outlaw I would like to see canon barrage coming back. Snake eyes from azerite traits was at some point good way to avoid rng from rolls so will be welcome to take it back.But my top wishlist is an actual cooldown. Idea with killing spree is good, but I would connect it with current abilities. Maybe something like for Xs each mastery proc summons ghost of a pirate who slashes enemies for Ys. Make every pirate slash trigger relentless blades or gives CP or energy and voila, nice cooldown instead of blah blah a bit more energy and lower GCD.
Shadow Reflection should never have left Rogue subtlety. In addition to matching a lot with the fantasy of the class, it was an excellent spell that allowed several combinations of openers.One tip I give is a new skill that allows Rogue subtlety to go into stealth for 2-4 seconds mid-combat. 15 second cooldown. I see this ability in other "rogues" from other MMOs (like in GW2) and it's quite interesting.Death from Above has to go back to being a thing again. Animation timing with only a 10% advantage on an evicerate made this skill totally useless.Still on the "dark" theme, an ability to summon some shadow clones to fight alongside the Rogue would be very interesting too.Sec Tec could be reworked in this sense. 1 combo point summon 1 clone, 2 combo summon 2 clones... up to 5 combos with 5 clones fighting alongside the rogue for 4-5 seconds.Slice and Dice has to be a passive or a skill that spends energy instead of combo points.Shadow Blades has to go and the power of this skill has to go to Shadow Dance.And an additional request.... FULL BLACK recolors from the mythical tier 19 PLZZZ!
