Goofy jokes and occasional mature innuendos are part of WoW, and probably always will be. Still, we want to remain mindful of whether certain elements of that world are welcoming to all players. In short, we want our jokes to be inclusive and not punch down.

Den of Mortal Delights - Black Temple (Burning Crusade)Karazhan had been updated

Temple Acolyte is now the gender neutral Temple Acolyte.

Charming Patron is now the gender netural Charming Patron.

Ardent Host were previously one of the only male models in the Den, is now Ardent Host.

Devoted Steward, one of the other male models, are now called Devoted Steward.

Priestess of Delight is now Priestess of Delight.

Priestess of Torment is now Priestess of Torment.

Mistress of Woe is now Mistress of Woe.

Mistress of Dementia is now Mistress of Torment.

The Argus follower equipment, Eredath Armor Set, also now refers to Eredath.

Interestingly, the Chinese noble Jiang Ziya is the subject of an 11th century BC proverb, “Grand Duke Jiang goes fishing - a willing person takes the bait" (姜太公釣魚 - 願者上鉤), which expresses a uniquely patient method of fishing by hanging a straight hook three feet above the water with no bait. Like fish rising to his line, it refers to a victim willfully allowing themselves be caught in a trap.

He is also credited with writing The Six Secret Strategic Teachings (太公六韜 / 太公六韬), which is counted alongside Sun Tzu's The Art of War as one of ancient China's Seven Military Classics.

By changing names, quest text, etc. that was created by those exhibiting bad behavior, the company is hoping to show them that they will have the things they created taken away from them, and that further bad behavior will result in them not being able to contribute anything in the future.

Therefore, the company is showing that they indeed are attempting to address the problem by attacking something the perpetrators value highly....their legacy in the game.

They've made clear that there is a big effort in doing these changes (opposed to what some said as "just a few changes") and on top of that we know there is a full hierarchy/bureaucracy to get a change going.
