Preservation Evoker Nerfed on Next Weekly Reset

Heads up! With scheduled weekly maintenance next week, we will make the following changes to Preservation Evokers:

Consume Flame no longer gains double benefit from Versatility.
Fixed an issue where Consume Flame was gaining more benefit than intended from Attuned to the Dream.

These will go into effect on Tuesday morning (October 1) in this region.

I don't mind one bit is a single Preservation Evoker can breeze through a M+20 or Mythic raid but they are doing very well for themselves in pvp, maybe too well. While the healer that really shines above the rest for pvp is MW monk. Disc might have HPS, but it is far more easily killed. MW just has it all right now, damage, God mode mobility, great defensives and healing. Pvp folks would not be shocked to see MW toned down in at least one category.Comment by JaiieWe really still calling bugfixes nerfs? So this is at most like a 3-4% nerf at most? To a class that's like 20% ahead.

Blizzard... Blizzard... The problem is the tier set. It always has been. You made a tier set that's the strongest tier set the class has ever had going into the first season where you said you wanted small tier set bonuses. You are going to have some SERIOUS work to do going into next Tier if you don't nerf the Tier set bonus to Empowered spells down to like 2% or 3% per stack from 10% per stack.Comment by WolfQueenOr buff the other crappy healers.Comment by bobbydd21So pres is also broken af in PVP but we only nerf a PVE talent? Not really a good metric considering overheating is a thing and even someone with 1hp is still alive.
