This also partially works for unholy DK's Army. When you pop army you get a 3 second buff that summons your ghouls. While any active ghouls go away when the key starts, any remaining duration on the buff stays, and you will get the rest of your ghouls. Takes good timing to get good value out of it, but especially in non-pug groups can be nice.
You can also use a Legion Potion of Prolonged Power since it lasts for a full minute and pot cooldown is reset upon start
As a destro you can also use your infernal with Rain of Chaos talent to keep the 30sec buff.
There really needs to be a proper list of this stuff, it really does make a difference, especially in dungeons like Halls of Atonement where you will do a big pull at the start.Another one you can add is holy priest Apotheosis, not a huge buff, but there's no reason not to do it.
Any Necrolord with a 3 minute ability can pop right before key and keep lead by example for the first 20 seconds of the key. Works with deathborne (but you don't stay in deathborne after key goes in)

Feral spirits works for enh shaman to get some extra MW before the run, you won't have the wolves, but still have the MW generation
Regarding Outlaw: Loaded dice has been fixed since shadowlands. You can still maintain your alacrity stacks though.
You can also use Potion of Prolonged Power before starting the key. The CD is reset after the key start which will leave you with a good 40-45 seconds of buff.
For the sake of any outlaw rogues out there-Do NOT run Loaded Dice.It is arguably one of the worst talents in Shadowlands.
Fel domination for warlocks is a great one, Allows you to skip the 6 sec pet summon at the start of the key for free (still not sure WHY i have to resummon my pet for M+ but this workaround atleast makes it bearable)
Does Beserk (the feral druid 3 minute cd ability) work with this aswell? Or only the boomie and bear version?
