Back at 60 when I finally got my wildheart boots off that stupid spider. I had grouped it so many times and they never dropped, so I finally started doing solo stealth runs. They still wouldn't drop for me. I had a rogue friend who offered to go so we could kill her faster and after a few runs they finally dropped. Then we decided to see if we could stealth to the dogs to try for the wildheart shoulders and they dropped too!

Moonglade shoulders. I think the boss was the most epic of my character's experiences :)
Well, they did say it could be a battle so...I was farming honor on my rogue a while back, maybe at lvl 50 something, When i saw a tauren coming down the path. now i was on the cliff above the mines, and i knew he saw me, because he was about 8 levels higher than me. I waited, tried to time it perfectly, and as soon as he was close enough i jumped off the cliff. he was about to follow, but didnt expect me to Shadowstep, Ambush, and make an honorable kill off oh him. He fell to the bottom of the cliff, and died from fall damage. That was the most hilarious, epic moment of my wow life!P.S. Even if i didnt get an epic drop in this story, the Tauren seemed to have a pretty nice one. XP
I farmed Cookie, in deadmines, 3 times and he dropped simases cat!
my most epic loot drops was blinkstrike. dropped off murmur. freakin awesome. sold on ah for 2500g. bought blade of wizardry for my 70 lock. :)
My most epic drop would have to have been Flame Wrath (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=11809) off of Ambassador Flamelash in Black Rock Mountain. I got it after I did my brewfest daily to beat up Corin Direwbrew. Figured I'd clear to Flamelash to see if it polearm drops. Sure enough I drop him and he drops his staff. Sure i was 70 and its a 51 weapon, but the chance on hit of exploding into a massive fire nova and being protected by a flame shield is just great. I still use the thing to this day to either complete my Midsummer Fire Festival look, or when I'm running a guildy through a low level instance and want to have some fun.
This is actually something i saw when i was in heartglen, only one lucky rogue on our server has the ashes flying mount me and some guildies were walking around yesterday and saw him in a fly by that my friends was epic ;)
I like my Great Brewfest Kodo.
