TENANCY buff on Wintergrasp >:D we ware 2 allies :S and lot of hordes I had 75K HP and a lot of DPS I love that BUFF! Those horde most me #$%^ XD that was an epic moment on my day! and it just starting!$%^!
The most epic item I ever got was Netharian's Tear from the last boss of Blackwing Lair. After eons of raiding and banging our heads against all of Blackwing Lair. The week before Burning Crusade came out we finnaly downed Nef. I won the dkp race for the tear and used it until i finnaly replaced it with the Hex Shrunken Head from ZA.
I had to think about this one for awhile since I've been playing for so long.I believe the most epic drop / experience I had was the Dragonfang Dagger & Bloodfang Belt from Vaelastrasz the Corrupt in BWL. After being honored to join the top horde guild on the server back in the vanilla wow days and being able to go straight into BWL was great, was an exciting experience the entire time. We got to Vael, fighting alongside my good buddy Saporo, who was the rogue lead and was encouraging the entire time. After multiple wipes and backstabs later, both items drop. I was floored since I just so happen to be the only person in the guild that could use both. I got both and was so happy.. I bounced around like a mad person.. Good Times.
Blade of Eternal Darkness, because it was my priest's first! We were all at Mauradon-level, just a PUG, and they let me bring it home.
My most epic drop is most undisputedly Dragon’s Call (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=10847) off Shade of Eranikus in Sunken Temple. It does happen to be an epic weapon, but it is epic for many other reasons. Not only is it probably one of the coolest weapons in the game even now (as far as chance on hits go anyway), but it is the reason I started playing World of Warcraft in the first place. Before I started playing, I played Guild Wars, which was fun I suppose, but short lived seeing as the level cap was 20. Some of my friends played WoW, but at the time I didn’t have the money to play. Then my friend showed me dragon’s call on thottbot, and, as outrageous as it is, it was then and there I decided to play WoW. My goal? To get Dragon’s Call no matter what. I then set out on a long and painstaking journey for this elusive blade. I took me nearly 5 months to hit 60 (I’m not a hardcore leveler unless I want to be), but during that time I was in the 52-57 range I did nothing but run Sunken Temple. I ran it about 3 times a day for 3 weeks, sometimes pushing to 5 or 6 when time allowed it (It became far to repetitive for me to do it much more than that). Then, one day, around 2 AM, it happened. It was my 4th and final run for the day, clearing the instance had become almost as natural to me as breathing, and when I least expected it, it dropped. At first I was ready to jump out of my chair and cheer, but then I realized that the rogue also wanted to roll for it. I offered him everything I had not to roll, but he would not be moved. I eventually had to make one of the most important rolls of my entire WoW career, and yes, I won with an 89 to a 13. If I hadn’t have won that roll, I probably wouldn’t still be playing today.
For me it was for some days ago. I had been searching all over Storm Peaks for the rare, Time Lost Proto Drake to kill him and get the mount named after himself. But after two weeks I become tired and I stopped and then after two days when i where i school and got a break I logged on to WoW and did some daily quest in Storm Peak and suddenly i saw him, Time Lost Proto Drake. I killed him and now i have the mount. :) It was the best day of my life.
I was wanting a Drak Whelpling for my rogue so when I dinged 39 I went over there and grinded 5 levels on the Badlands whelplings without a single drop. I ended up moving on to somewhere else frustrated at the insane drop rates. When I was leveling my shammy alt, I though I would try again at the dark whelpling. It was looking to be the same kind of bad luck, day after day of no drops. Finally however, I got one! I was flipping out. After the obligatory yelling around the room (really excited), I was making my way out, just killing the ones that got in my way, and in a just a few more kills, another one dropped! Two whelplings in 5 minutes!
