Doesn't seem to be any Covenant-related music, so looks like they already scrapped them. Kinda sad really.Wonder what all that tavern music is about.
I skimmed through most of it, but overall it sounds new and different from their usual. Pretty refreshing actually. I might start playing with the music turned on again.
That sounds like a lot but I really have no idea, would be interesting if you mentioned how much was added in say 9.1 for comparison sake.
I'm really liking the style of music in Zereth Mortis. It's different from the usual WoW style (fitting the zone concept, I suppose) but I love how ethereal it all feels in its instrumentation.
Finally, thats what I'm always the most excited about in new patch!

Music is the least of the problems to come. The question is will 9.2 will uphold as a good patch or we go back to the dumpster fire.
Eager to listen to this. As someone who plays with the music on and loves the work Blizzard does with music, the one thing Shadowslands has been sorely missing is any sort of action theme. Everything is slow ominous percussion or atmospheric, which is great until you're fighting through a load of mobs. Other expansions had tunes with a faster pace that played when you engaged in combat. Maybe I'm one of the few that play with the music on these days but slow tempo stuff when I'm in combat just drags the experience down and makes combat feel boring.
I liked the BoD raid music! Especially when encountering a boss. Very fast troll drums music!
And that 4 hours will be without timegate? Wow!

Sounds ok to me
I love the piece starting at 2:41:40, something somber but sort of light about it. Really gives that sense of wonder. 2:43:35 onwards it really builds up, it almost makes me think of something lord of the rings-ish. Man the music never misses.
Good to hear Blizz music department is still going strong.
I like how I listen to this on wowhead the youtube has no adds xD
