the survival buff is clearly for PvP and raid, no interest on MM+ where we prefer the bomb buff. And stop talk about MM and BM, survival is now clearly a good competitor in raid with other specs, and it's fine. In mm+ it's just excellent, as a survival fae i do 30k dps on packs on 16+ it's just very fun, bomba powa !The dh 3 stacks is pretty strange, will be annoying in PvP to kite, i think it's clearly for this situation and compensate the fel rush damages decrease
So......... removing enrage by default is a good stuff indeed. Then....... what's the concentrated effect of numbing poison? Old slowing next cast/attack for 100%?
What happened to the rogue raid utility talked about in interviews?
I like how there's like maybe 2 people here whining about their old full mobility, with an auto attack, and elemental damage so armor is no issue spec being removed. Old survival wouldn't come back even if they made the new survival ranged. It'd probably actually be even WORSE than BM, because it has all the upsides, without the downside of pet pathing too. Meanwhile melee survival is a one of a kind spec, it's the only spec in the game where you are fighting alongside your pet as an equal. BM is fighting from a far with two pets, unholy is basically a melee necromancer and thus pets are totally disposable, and warlocks are again casters. Survival is just fine, and doing way better than it's peers in mythic+ despite how biased against melee they are. But sure, "My old spec that hasn't even been in the game in six years is what survival should be."
