New Affix Combo

Fortified, Bursting, Volcanic, Beguiling

Keystone Level ScalingBeguilingHowever, currently on the PTR, the base health of the mobs has not changed.

When going from Season 1 to Season 2, all mobs were increased in difficulty by 30% which equated to about 3 Keystone levels harder.

Depending on your keystone level, the difference in Keystone levels will not be the same when going from Season 2 to Season 3 and depends on the level of your key:
At low levels (< 10): The transition will feel about 1 level harder.

At mid levels, the transition will feel about 2 levels harder.

At higher levels, the transition will feel 3+ levels harder.

A +10 in Season 3 will feel like a +12 in Season 2

Shield Bash in Atal'Dazar actually does stuff. If you're closest to the Shieldbearer / tank is out of range and you're casting a spell while this goes off you get school locked.

I did the PTR tests and checked specifically the amount of HP the mobs had. And (for ataldazar at least). A +10 key on ptr gives the same amount of HP as a +16 on live. I have recorded runs if you want to update your informations...

They obviously forgot to consider that M0 is getting an increase as well in difficulty like in the last season. Considering Essences and how going from 415 to 445 is a greater upgrade than when we went from 385 to 415(I blame you, multiplicative secondary stats) it should be fine though, much better than people pushing +20 season 3 week 1 with no real gear upgrades yet just essences.

On my side, checked mob health on PTR, and it is exacly the same as it is on lve. So I started my key to check if the multiplier is correctly applied, and it is. Caster mob in the 1st pack of TOS has 383.1k HP on regular mythic, and 1.20m HP on +14. The new multiplier is supposed to be +214 %, and that's what you see in game. And 383.1 + 214% = 383.1 * 3.14 = 1202.9

Got a 440 item, 4000 AP and 22400 residuum from weekly chest on PTR. Affix combo is Tyrannical, Raging, Necrotic, Beguiling this week

I'm glad to see you at least changed a mythic+ affix combo but Blizzard, there's a lot more combo's that need tweaking. Some weeks are still way too overtuned with the combo's you have set up.

I don't know, I guess I have this fantasy that there will be some crazy cool combos with the essences allowing clever clearing of the dungeons.
