Patch 7.3 PTR 24500: Future Zone Speculation and Quest Armor Set

The latest 7.3 PTR build adds more voiceover files and a new armor set with a
very
interesting name. We've got model previews of all tints and speculation under the spoiler tag!
New Quest Armor Set
Note: this is an early preview - models of helm / shoulders and belt are not available in the client. We have some speculation under the spoiler tag as to where this could be from.
This set is named after the maritime nation led by Lord Admiral Daelin Proudmoore in the Second War--it's since been mysteriously silent after the Third War. There are
eight icons
in the database for Kul Tiras Quest Armor. These icons all follow the naming scheme of Inv_boots_cloth_kultirasquest_b_01, which is
very
similar to the naming scheme of icons used for quest gear in previous expansions. Here are some examples (
full list of icons with "quest"

Zooming in on the side armor on the skirt, we can more clearly see a map to a new zone, as well as some tentacle decorations underneath.
Could we be going to Kul Tiras in a future patch or expansion? Is this an interesting plot twist in Patch 7.3 and we'll see Jaina's return? A Chromie-like scenario where we visit Kul Tiras in a flashback? Simply a red herring/placeholder names for 7.3 sets?

Been saying Jaina going to be a raid boss for years now..
Same. Ever since she decided to punish the Sunreavers' perceived betrayal by murdering innocent Horde citizens in the streets of Dalaran. And everyone just ignored it.

I've always been confused by the hate towards Jaina. She's never once acted out of character for a grieving leader. So many want her to go all super tentacle bad guy while Sylvanas is being built up slowly to betray the Horde in a big way. /shrug
Go play or watch the Krasarang Wilds questline as Horde. We stole the bell back from Darnassus with the help of the Sunreavers and Jaina lost her mind and started murdering people in the streets of Dalaran who had nothing to do with what was done, just because they were Horde. She's evil and crazy and must be stopped.
