P.O.S.T. Master in Tazavesh: Streets - Avoid Soaking Money Order on Higher Mythic+ Keystones

Rogues can use Evasion. Mages can use Ice Block, Hunters can use Aspect of the Turtle, Paladins can use Divine Shield to avoid Money Order.

If a target has no spells from the above (because of being on cooldown or their class limits them), they can benefit from Paladin's Blessing of Protection, just prior Money Order is about to hit.

If neither of the above applies to your group, you can, alternatively, use a strong personal damage-reduction ability (Shadow Priest's Dispersion as an example), combined with an external defensive cooldown coming out of your healer (Resto Shaman's Spirit Link Totem which gives 10% damage reduction or any healer external depending on what you have available), will be enough to endure the damage from Money Order. Keep in mind that, this option might not apply for the extreme difficulty on the key level.

At some point Fan Mail will overlap with Money Order, leaving all of your party members on low health before the "soak" of the ability. Having the luxury to solo soak the Money Order will release massive pressure from your healer.

Another benefit from doing so is that your healer will less focused on healing and more focused on contributing to the overall DPS of the boss, which will ultimately save you a couple of seconds from the dungeon's timer

At last, it will be way more mana efficient for your healer, which will be crucial especially if the fight takes longer (on a higher key or just because being Tyrannical).

My highest streets is a 25. It's not 3k territory, but it's high enough to warrant these types of strategies.

I play with a set group, we don't pug, and so aren't exposed to various different strategies regularly.

I've also never watched a MDT, or any streamer play a m+ for that matter, it's just not interesting to me to watch someone else play a game. I'm sure a lot of people learn from watching those.

I learn these tricks from the CompetitiveWoW subreddit, Discord sometimes, and the rare Wowhead post like this.
