Heroic Silken Court NerfBinding Webs

Reckless Charge now only requires 1 Binding Webs (was 2)

through a recent logOther Changesgroup size changes previously

Binding Webs damage reduced on lower group sizes on Normal difficulty
Entropic Desolation cast time increased:
Heroic: Now 6 seconds (was 5 seconds)
Normal: Now 5.5 seconds (was 4.5 seconds)

Stinging Swarm damage reduced on lower group sizes on Normal and Heroic difficulty
Reduces the number of Venomous Rain on Normal difficulty.
Reduced the health of Shattershell Scarab on lower group sizes for Normal and Heroic difficulty

The web and swarm will deal the same amount of damage to the players who have the debuff no matter the group size. And with a larger group, yes you have more healers, but also a lot of extra healing required onto the raid from other raid wide damage.

Kinda sad the charge got reduced to 1, my guild is progging broodtwister atm and we already had the double charge set up perfectly on normal. Oh well, easier prog down the road!
