My favorite is the Immolation Set, the heroic version. It was the first set I obtained on my paladin and still the one I keep going back to :)
I've been using Blood Knight Mail for a while, but gradually adjusted it to my own personal tastes. (Looks better on the ladies, but specifically, mine's a Draenai)The feature currently seems kind of buggy. Dunno if you need to generate a bunch more thumbnails but now all the sets just appear as broken image links to me.
