There had to have been more guilds exploiting for this to happen, but it still seems weird it's been a few days since a kill on the HoF. Unless blizzard took a total holiday over the weekend because of easter.
Probably has to do with buying lockouts
They should ban the Mug'zee exploiters and remove HoF for anyone who skipped Bandit and Mug'zee.
Rewarding players for their achievements is HARD, guys. You can't just flip a switch and make it happen. That's far too much work!
100% has something to do with the toxicity of these guilds. For example, the 112th entry in the HOF rio ranking belongs to one of the most toxic guilds in the EU servers. Blizzard is probably preventing such guilds from getting HOF before mass banning all their members.
Surely they can just make it so the guild that earn HoF requires all bosses to get that achievement NO? Would it not be fixed @ that point

Beside lockouts , there are few more exploits rewarding advantage in the game atm , would be interesting to see if Blizz gona address them in the future or choose to ignore it as it would mean nearly all HoF atm + WF guilds have abused most of them :D
