Comment by OnomatopoeiaTW has no ilvl requirement, so even if you got terrible fresh 60 gear, you can still perform appropriately (excluding borrowed powers like conduits, of course). And that could basically give you a free week of being able to queue for an equivalent of SL Heroics wearing mediocre gear.
