Neltharus Mythic+ Nerf Hotfix - Magmatusk, "Melt" Casters and Burning Chains

Neltharus Mythic+ HotfixesMagmatuskMagmatusk:

Draconic Tincture no longer appears in Mythic+ difficulty.
Magma Eruption damage reduced by 20%
Lava Spray damage reduced by 15%

TrashForgewrought Monstrosity (mobs that pulse AoE in Forgemaster Area that are banned)

Health reduced by 25%

Lava Flare (mobs that cast Melt)

Health reduced by 20%

Burning Chains (environment chains that do big damage)

Damage dealt to players reduced by 25%. Enemies seem unaffected
Damage variance reduced to 0 (was 0.032)

But it's not the only problem the dungeon has. The blacksmith has a steep healing check. And on the final boss the rng on where gold piles appear, which power they give and the size of the explosions still makes this a very dodgy fight. Doable, but way harder and more random than it needs to be. It's so easy to kill the key on the last bossComment by KyraellinaAbout time... It stands there gaining stacks in puddles, it charges to random players, who it then lava sprays...in a puddle...because it makes puddles while charging. asking the dps to position is also not fair, they are trying to position puddles as it is and then there's a charge right after?

The tank also gets puddles, making positioning a nightmare.

It's an actual clusterf of a boss while simple to understand whats going on, is absolute bonkers in what they want us to do with it as the room fills very quickly.

Tanks should not get a lava puddle on them. This boss is impossible to keep outta stacks as it is with its constant casting. Tanks not getting a puddle would do wonders for my sanity.
