I don't understand people hating on Tyrannical (the affix itself) and to a lesser degree Fortified. I get Tyrannical is one of the harder affixes but it's just doing what key levels already do, scaling up bosses. Even if it was removed wouldn't that just kick the can down the road? Bosses are still going to reach that level of scaling as long as key values keep going up. Instead of getting blocked at a 25 or 26 it becomes a 28 or 29, right? I hardly see how Tyrannical is a problem for a system that scales that high on it's own, even without it being there. Tyrannical/Fortified being removed as weekly affixes solves none of the problems scaling bosses and trash up to that level results in. Modifying how mechanics behave is the solution. Removing Tyrannical/Fortified would just plainly be postponing the issue.

Necrotic doesn't bother me that much, even as a tank.Grievous on the other hand is just stupid, and needs to fall off at the end of combat
At this rate we might even get to the point where tanks can actually tank, instead of Brave, Brave Sir Robbining everything
It should only stop heals from other people. The fact that DK gets $%^&ed by this while other tanks shrug it off is bull*!@#, its a step in the right direction but still we a mile away for this affix to not suck the fun out of m+ for an entire week. Best solution would be just to downright remove it together with griv.

Some affixes should be more "intelligent":NECROTIC should apply less often when too many mobs are aggoed, more often when just one or two mobs are aggroed. Not in a linear way, so it still penalize aggroing too many mobs, but less then the linear way it does today.STORMING should have it's size according to the type of player is near at spawning moment: be smaller if spawned in melee range and bigger for ranged players. Slower in melee. Slower if there is another storming near. Faster for ranged.SPITEFUL, VOLCANIC and EXPLOSIVE should have a similar intelligent/adaptive behavior in terms of density, respawn time, and range.SANGUINE should be smaller in corridors and tight areas, bigger in open and wide areas. Despawn quicker in tight areas, and last longer in open areas.
