Good changes, the only question is why it took them so long to make them?

were going to need to find out a new dungeon strat to get emissary of war over quick now.
Awesome! Now my Shrine keys will only be 55 minutes over the timer instead of 58 minutes!

Those changes are absolutely not enough for KR and Shrine. Trying to run those dungeons is absolute travesty. Not only are they the toughest, but you have to wait for so long just to form a group because no tank wants in. Extra 3 minutes does not solve the problem at all.
Hmm. That sounds about right to bring shrine in line with other dungeons. I suspect KR will still be one of the harder keys to time on most affix weeks, but definitely a step in the right direction there too.
Took them half a year to apply these changes, bullcrap.
It's one step forward but one step isn't enough 3 minutes added to each isn't going to solve the problem. Difficulty wise they still take the cake, nothing comes close to either of them. I'll continue to dodge these as best I can.

How about the fix the amount of lost souls that spawn in King's Rest? Every second mob is lost soul it feels. Fixing Shrine Templars and Motherlode's Alchemists but not King's Rest reaping?
And I still wouldn't touch these dungeons in M+ with a ten foot pole. ^^
