Combat Insight coming back is super cool, but i'm not sure how impactful it will be without baseline cooldowns like killing spree.
The Five Combo point vanish one better be usable by all Rogues, because that paired with Mark of the Master Assassin are pretty much the only two exciting ones. Looks like we got the desired First of the Dead effect. Interesting that they moved Finality to a lego. I wonder if it'll scale with points spent on the triggering finisher, or just a flat 20% increase. The latter would lead to a 1cp -> 6cp finisher loop.I'm not sure any of the Sub specific ones will truly make Master Assassin not BIS. That burst is just so OP for Sub and it'll translate well to the other specs as well.

Dashing Scoundrel sounds very very nice. Energy regen when critting with poisons ? F yeah, now then, SnD will actually help out in the rotation ! (50% melee haste = 50% more poison procs = 50% more energy gained from this legendary)

I'm curious to see if they put a duration on this version of Bandit's Guile. It'd be a pretty funny meme build if they let us get up to 'red buff' and stay there by just switching to pistol shot and ghostly strike as our generators and not touching sinister strike at all. lol On the bright side, the 30% damage window from red buff might be enough to make killing spree a strong burst move again. Some interesting things to look over this week. Guarantee it'll just be old bandit's guile which is a shame, but one can dream of a pistol meme build with ghostly strike on the side. lol
Frankly the legendaries in Assa leaves me rather perplexed with respect to the legendary MasterAssassin, as much the other specs ta of the choice as much the Assa ...

To the main point now: These legendary items are great but there is no way they are going live with this strength on a few of them. Some tuning is definitely going to occur quickly.

Agreed, Bloodfang could have been cool but it seems that would be one where they will slowly buff. It could get out of hand really quickly. I also agree on the vanish one, if they aren't careful though that could get out of hand. I don't see that one going past 10-15 sec redux on cds for abilities. It was posted on the wrong page, I was on my phone and it decided to wig out instead of closing the page.I believe combat/outlaw is going to be very strong but i've been subtlety forever and through the rough parts known as BFA. Mark of the Master Assassin / Finality or Mark with the rotten will probably be my go to. I would love to play around with Tiny Toxic Blades as well to see what kind of cool things can be pulled. In BFA Replicating shadows was cool but the chance to get it to work absolutely stunk and it would ruin CC and pull crap about 40 yards away at times.Celerity would be better off as a conduit for us rogues as well. I honestly don't see anyone picking that as a legendary effect.
The rotten and Deathly shadows seems pretty good, adding some spicy combo to burst down people!not so sure bout Deathly Shadows tho... it was funny to play that Assa build in WoD but it definitly doesnt work well in high pvp level where you want vanish for cc/survive, not for dmg sinc ethe Cd is too long (maibe in combo with the thief pvp talent wich reduce it.. idk)
