Mists of Pandaria: Engineering Overview (Updated for 5.4)

He gives out the daily quest Blingtron 4000 which anyone on your faction can pick up, and then grants Blingtron 4000 Gift Package.

Added in 5.1, players can now party with Blingtron and get an hour-long buff, Dressed to Kill. This buff turns you into a human, puts you into a black or white suit, and gives you a wild hat like Stylin' Jungle Hat.

Added in 5.4, Blingtron has a new battle pet, Lil' Bling, that has the following abilities: SMCKTHAT.EXE, Blingtron Gift Package, Make it Rain, Inflation, Extra Plating, Launch Rocket

There are tons of things you can get inside Blingtron 4000 Gift Package, such as Dead Fire Spirit and G91 Landshark. There's also a really small chance for cool things like Rhinestone Sunglasses! Full loot list below.

Mechanical Pandaren Dragonling follows in the tradition of Dragonling companions for expansion level: Mechanical Dragonling, Mithril Mechanical Dragonling, Arcanite Dragonling, Elementium Dragonling. Unlike past Dragonlings though, this one is a companion pet instead of being tied to a trinket--definitely for the best.
Mechanical Pandaren Dragonling: 4x Ghost Iron Bar, 6x Trillium Bar, 2x Spirit of Harmony. Requires 575 skill, rewards 5 skill points. Learned from trainer.

Battle pet: Mechanical Pandaren Dragonling, Mechanical, Breed 5 (S/S). Abilities Breath, Flyby, Bombing Run, Thunderbolt, Decoy, Explode.

Ghost Iron Dragonling

Ghost Iron Dragonling can be trained at 550 skill and rewards 5 skill points. It is cheap to make, and takes 12x Windwool Cloth, 8x Ghost Iron Bolts, 4x High-Explosive Gunpowder.

Pets

Pierre is a battle pet intended for 5.2--many players were sad when this didn't make it to live since it has adorable animations and doubles as a cooking fire. It takes 15 Jard's Peculiar Energy Source and Living Steel to craft. Pierre is a mechanical battle pet with the abilities Chop, Stench, High Fiber, Frying Pan, Heat Up, Food Coma

Rascal-Bot is a new battle pet that pays tribute to Bad Robot. It takes 15 Jard's Peculiar Energy Source and Living Steel to craft. The pet, Rascal-Bot, is not cageable, meaning only Engineers can learn this pet. The abilities are themed after Bad Robot productions: Phaser, Lens Flare, Armageddon, Plot Twist, Amber Prison, Reboot

: Permanently attaches lightweight transfluxers onto gloves, allowing you to partially phase and increase dodge by 20520 for 10 sec. Gloves can only be activated once every minute.

: Permanently attaches synapse springs to your gloves, allowing you to increase your highest primary statistic by 1920 for 10 sec. The gloves can be activated every minute.

Belt

Watergliding Jets: Permanently attaches waterjets to your belt, allowing you to walk on water and swim quickly for up to 6 sec.

Back

Goblin Glider: Permanently attaches a specialized folding assembly to a cloak, allowing you to deploy a goblin glider and fall slowly for 30 sec. The glider has some initial thrust and allows you to turn while falling.

Scopes and Guns

Big Game Hunter, made by Big Game Hunter. 525 skill, rewards 3 skill points. Resembles Cataclysmic Gladiator's Rifle.

Long-Range Trillium Sniper, made by Long-Range Trillium Sniper. 565 skill, rewards 5 skill points. Resembles Brutal Gladiator's Rifle.

Mirror Scope, made by Mirror Scope. 525 skill, rewards 2 skill points: Permanently attaches a mirrored scope to a ranged weapon, sometimes increases critical strike by 900 for 10 sec when dealing damage with ranged attacks.

Lord Blastington's Scope of Doom, made by Lord Blastington's Scope of Doom. 560 skill, rewards 5 skill points: Permanently attaches Lord Blastington's special scope to a ranged weapon, sometimes increasing Agility by 1800 for 10 sec when dealing damage with ranged attacks.

Crafting Materials

There are two new reagents Engineers can craft: High-Explosive Gunpowder, Ghost Iron Bolts

Other commonly-used materials include Ghost Iron Bar, Trillium Bar, and Spirit of Harmony.

New to 5.4, Jard's Peculiar Energy Source can only be crafted once a day and requires 10 Ghost Iron Bar. The recipe is found inside Schematic: Chief Engineer Jard's Journal.

Love the water-walking being a warrior (TB fishing), love the gathering goggles so much I might pick up a gathering profession, love the mounts, love the blingtron and love the anvil! And we can use our raiding goggles again, cheers.

And actually I like the dragonling trinket.
