...Was not execute for prot (and arms to an extent) already extremely weak as it is? On retail it hits for about 6-8k with 169 ilvl, not worth spending 40 rage on it. Feels odd if "Finishing off move" hits for less than other abilities, considering it means a sacrifice of defensives in return.

Bladestorm needs way more than that to be a justified pick over Avatar. 30k physical damage channel with enrage up on a 1.5 min CD is just underwhelming.

Thane did great AoE, but already lacked on ST and gets already nerfed.
Arms looks like ending as sub-par spec once more.

After these changes, Avatar is STILL better than Bladestorm for Fury Slayer, and Thunder Clap is hitting harder than Thunder Blast. Um, DPS Warrior is in a bit of a weird spot atm.

I dont know why it still shocks me that the devs repeatedly show a complete inability to just do basic math with certain balance changes. Midnight classes look like a ^&*!ing disaster right now.

.... rip fury warrior? still gonna play it... but... why?...

If I am reading this right, BM hunters are getting a -15% nerf across the board? What the heck? 15% is a bit much, we got from S/A tier to C tier instantly with that.

Bring back Mark of the Crane. WW feels so boring right now its just using whats available, at least with Motc we had some luck based fun

Am I crazy or have some of these changes already gone live? Like the Devourer buff/nerfs? (excluding the PVP adjustments)

Colossus arms is underperforming in its core role (M+) and it is badly behind on single target.
30% bladestorm is not enough.

Would have been nice to have an explanation for these changes.

These are for the beta. It seems they're just copying the changes they made in live for further testing.

why tf are they nerfing herald ret pally? its not like that hero talent tree is any competitive as it is

Ret is bottom DPS tier for Midnight with both hero trees so only Blizzard can answer this senseless change.

Is your criticism that 5% is too low or is it that random proccs are bad?

Because if it is that random proccs are bad, classic is right around the corner, they have almost none of that.

But for modern WoW? For modern rotations? Random proccs are quite important for gameplay.

If it is that 5% is too low, eh I don't have a real opinion about that.

Retail has a lot of procs. But the difference is: They are classified as procs per minute. So they are not actually fully chance based. Going back to chance based procs is quite the weird idea, because they specifically changed to procs per minute, to smooth stuff over, and not make things as potantially volatile. Because with something like 5 procs per minute, you won't be getting 5 procs back to back, but spaced out with some small variance. With 5% chance, you could get several back to back, and then long times with nothing happening. And you won't remember the streaks of it happening, but always the streaks of procs not happening.

It's a 12% aura reduction, from 0 to -12. But honestly, if BM drops from S to C due to a 12% change, that sounds like the general balance is going pretty well. Usually S to C isn't just that close together.

Are you trolling or just not correctly remembering what MotC was? No one wants that back and there was no "luck" involved with it. Removing MotC was a VERY welcomed change.
