So many people talking about how underwhelming the anima reward is because of quantity... but anima is legit worthless. There is nothing meaningful i can do with anima. $%^& anima, make the gear actually worth a damn; at the moment my raid is getting more gear from raid trash than raid bosses its #$%^ing stupid.
The whole system is shot. Unfortunately i dont have the willpower to go in as a healer and do mythics because it is such a chore especially if all im going to potentially get is 35 anima. Such a joke.
The anima reward from M+ needs to be higher, probably between 250-500.Loot I don't agree people complaining about drop-rate. Yes, it sucks not getting any item...I've completed Nathria 3 times in normal and half in HC, and got around 3 or 4 items total, and two were duplicate, just higher ilvl. But that's always been part of the game. Valor marks could be interesting, but don't think they should increase the drop-rate itself or number of items that we get.
forreal just make anima gains proportional to item level you could've gotten from the activitythe fact I started getting 150ish gear from from World Quests and am now getting 180s gear but the same 35 anima items (x1-4), or the fact a Heroic or M8 both have the same damn 35 anima, truly boggles the mind >_>Especially wrt alts, where it's just unrealistic if not impossible to aim for having even one alt with equally maxed out sanctum, bought xmog, etc as your main, let alone 4 to have the full Shadowlands experience
I have more than 40 runs on Dos for the goddamn trinket, and guess what. It never dropped for me. The loot chance is so unsatisfying that you can't even explain it. Getting 35 anima at the end is garbage, its literally nothing.
If they only increased the amount of anima you get on a no item drop I'd be fine.
What Blizzard should do is take turns streaming the gearing options. Oh, Mythic 10 is spammable and gives anima? Have someone on the staff, and not a lowbie on the employee ladder run 4 a day for a few weeks straight. Have a few others raiding on multiple toons each week for a few weeks straight. Have someone from the PVE side of the game repeatedly run arenas to gear up. See where I'm going with this? Make them play the game the way they expect us to play it and have it streamed. Maybe that'll burn it into their brains how messed up their systems are.
The thing is, you can pursue endgame gear at max item level from pvp. You get nothing for spamming dungeons except the random item from vault. They should add currency from dungeon runs with associated vendor, which is precisely what the pvp people got right now. I play key ti a certain level, i get a weekly capped currency which works wxactly like conquest, that way i can get the 3 items i need from the 70+ items loottable of the dungeons.
Id be happy with 200 or even 100 anima drops. Its gonna take forever to upgrade my cov :(
How about making dungeons that drop 207 gear actually tankable (not kiting) in 207 gear? I'm at 217 ilvl and when i tank my 14s (that won't drop any upgrades for me) I spend half the time running away because the mob dmg has no relationship to the tank gear at the end of the dungeon...
