Why is being easy to gear a problem? I love being terminally online and having my time wasted for the arbitrary reason of "it should take a long time to gear because why".
This is likely to break a lot of classes that scale well... fire mages will likely be a real issue.

Wasn’t this something they said they weren’t going to do? They highlighted it as a problem and were addressing this? I know it’s PTR but don’t push it out if you have said it won’t happen. Hold off from making the changes and push it once the changes have been done
with possible 3.000.000 HP on tanks and 880.000 on lowest HP tier i guarantee the next expansion will have somekind of Squish, if not stats it will be ilvl or both but a squish will happendi think the unbuffed mark in legion was 6.000.000 hp
It's not clear if 483 items from great vault are upgradeable to 489 but if they are, this is literally better than last season.Last season we had 450 max from raid and 447 max from m+ vault. Now it will be 489 for both.
