If WOW launched at 3pm PST and 6pm EST. how can players be level 70 in 66 minutes?

Please explain.

Also, anyone who is level 70 must be rushing and skipping things. Does anyone play WOW correctly anymore?
Take your time to explore and enjoy all that WOW has to offer. Rushing as fast as possible, not reading quest text, zooming from A to B to C - I do not understand why you would sabotage the game like that. It is like you can't comprehend how to have fun.

SCARY

Hit 70? I can't even log in yet...

If you only care about pve/pvp stuff you can just do your mythic dungeons after reset and then go level alts, everything else is pretty much useless.

What i think is really scary, is the amount of elitism in your comment, let people enjoy the game the way they want.
You enjoy it one way, let it be like that, but dont come here and say, that we're not able to comprehend how to have fun, and ruin the game. Jesus

People like you are the reason the wow community has a bad name.

Comment by CMOK34

The toxicity in this comment is pretty obvious. When you pay my subscription monthly (and I know you wont). Then you can tell me how to do things in wow. until then, Mr Toxic elitist can go kick rocks. FYI it takes more than 66 minutes to get to 70 Junior. if you do it right, You can get to level 65 in the waking shores and thats conducting all side quests and main line quests and move to the next location and be 70 within at least 4hrs

I sat and ran through the questing because that's what I wanted to do. Why do you care?

Comment by Falconn241

LOL. That's all I can muster without getting banned.

what are you even talking about ? is this the classic " play how i want to play or else you won't have fun" ?
what ruins the fun for me is reading quest text. i have a.d.d so i skip all cutscenes as well and rush to the end.

that is enjoyable for me :) if i choose to do so i can later on go back and do whatever i didn't do, or if i want to i can just do the thing i skipped on one of the alts i level.

Stop it.

Comment by barbasol

Sheesh, people. They were basically just saying "remember to stop and smell the roses" but y'all jumped on the "don't you dare suggest how I should be playing!" indignant rage train.

the internet is weird.

And what was also weird was when I checked wowhead on launch day before even logging in and there was already an article about what to do if you've hit 70.

There's a lot of tryhards tourist joining at the beginning of every expansion, who most hit the wall 2 months in. These are the same that reroll after the class tuning when world first is over, and rages in m+ lower dungeon as they gear up.

I personally like to rush and get done with questing, but I haven't even bought the expansion yet, waiting for about a week or so when things are more stable.
