Cannot continue on with my questline, cannot go to Korthia, and cannot do assaults. So please please please do the conduit quest before using this item or you will be stuck like me.Comment by LustrigiaYo

Had the exact same problem as you like 6 hours ago. It’s really stupid of Blizz, but it’s also solvable. When doing the conduit quest, add any of the newly learned 200 ilvl versions of the conduits you were given for the quest (you should be given 3 145 conduits) and slot them into one of the first open potency/endurance/finesse slots, then hit Apply Conduits.
