the highest priority of upgrade i want from Dragonflight great vault is the ability to target a specific boss' loot table, among the bosses that i've killed this week. especially now that Tier Sets is back.i'm tired of earning 2 cloaks and a ring (god forbid 3 cloaks) when i need a weapon or the one thing that is keeping me away from a full transmog set. looking at you Nathria leather helm.moreso on specs like Frost DK where you can hope for a 1H and get a 2H instead (or vice versa).another is that: please let me do 3 bosses from an earlier raid and still take something from the vault from that raid. with Bonus Rolls i can go back to old raids (like Emerald Nightmare) and still be able to get an extra roll on bosses. cant do that with Vault.
So we will finaly get talent sets that can be switched anywhere (probably with a consumable, which is the case with talents currently)? That would be really great — if Blizzard won't ruin everything by adding something like the current covenant and soulbind system, where in the worst case you can need to go to multiple places to switch everything you might need to:
I hope that this will not end up when a full heal players will HAVE to switch to halfheal-half dps. When I was playing as a healer, I did this because I was tired from dps.Hope those changes will not force healers to be half damagers.
The Great Vault of disappointment has to go. Full Stop. Players should be rewarded for their time. Master loot option, more end of dungeon gear, and more deterministic loot. Make us go do content to get things, not hope that a weeks worth of work yields something of value, only to be let down. If you want to have a weekly chest make it give currency for our efforts and let us buy gear. Gate gear purchasing behind something if you have to, just give us a deterministic way to be rewarded for our time. We don't need to be rewarded every time with an upgrade, but the randomness is out of hand. Raid drops and end of dungeon loot are all the random dopamine we need. It is OK for the majority of players to plan out their play time and have a relative idea of how long it will take them to achieve their in game goals. That's how you retain players, not playing the casino.
I think in regards to the loot if you just let us trade with our group with no restrictions that will solve most the issues. I should be able to trade a loot item that drops regardless if it is an upgrade or not, got old de'ing gear that others could use because my tier piece was from LFR
false hybrid by swaping talent tree. we can already do that? it's just a save like in lost ark. they oversell it.
