Whirling Runekey - Dropped from the rare Ksvir the Forgotten, in the southernmost room of the Forgotten Vault, during a storm. Appears to be a guaranteed drop.

Torrential Runekey - Assembled from collecting 7 Torrential Fragments, dropped from mobs in the Storm phase of Siren Isle. Low chance drop.

Thunderous Runekey - Requires 5 Thunderous Fragments to create, drops from treasure chests both inside and out of the storm. Any chests from Siren Isle can drop fragments, even ones not in the Storm phase.

Cyclonic Runekey - Drops from Zek'ul the Shipbreaker in the Deadfin Mire during the Storm phase of Siren Isle. This Runekey is NOT a 100% drop.

Turbulent Runekey - Requires 3 Turbulent Fragments that are scattered around the island. These can be found during the Storm phase, near Kul Tiran ghosts:
Behind the abandoned inn, digging in the garden;

Inside a cave in the Rotting Hole area, cowering;

Inside the Spirit-Scarred Cave, offering the fragment as tribute.

Excuse the rough and ready nature of the pins as it's day one. I used these pins and had pretty good speed getting this done. From what I saw these points work in and out of the storm phase. Highly recommend buying Experimental Go-Pack (Go-Pack)
